When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and delivery agent. We work with several delivery partners across major cities. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 days after being placed and confirmed.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country only, covering a selection of cities listed on the Shipping Information page.
However, international delivery can be arranged through our store team via WhatsApp to provide product weight details and calculate rates with international shipping agents not yet registered on the website.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to our Return Policy to review the conditions for returns and exchanges.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and a return is approved, the shipping cost to and from the company will be charged to the customer, while the product value will not be deducted, in accordance with the return policy.

Can I order large quantities? Is there a discount?
Yes, we offer bulk order delivery and discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on selected products.
